What I want you to remember is that a hard market doesn’t mean a bad market to buy. 

Even if it might take you a couple tries, this is a great time to buy a home.  Interests rates are still under 3% (for context, they were in the low 4’s before 2020), and Massachusetts home prices are expected to rise 4-6%; there is no time like the present!
